ACCESS CORPORATE is able to assist Clients with the opening of bank accounts in Hong Kong.
ACCESS CORPORATE will prepare and have certified the usual documentation (refer FAQs) necessary for bank account opening.

While ACCESS CORPORATE undertakes to assist the company complete all necessary documents and application documents to access banking facilities in Hong Kong please note that, with new internationally applicable money-laundering and tax avoidance laws, it is no longer a foregone conclusion that any particular bank will agree to accept the business of any particular client. ACCESS CORPORATE does not accept responsibility for the company’s application for banking facilities being refused.
ACCESS CORPORATE is able to provide an Account Signatory to assist in the operation of the company’s account and remit and receive funds as instructed.
In this respect the fee will be:
(1) HKD400 per transaction requiring ACCESS CORPORATE to attend bank premises;
(2) HKD200 per remittance requiring ACCESS CORPORATE to draw and send cheques;
(3) 1% of remittances undertaken by ACCESS CORPORATE through internet banking.
NOTE that, prior to ACCESS CORPORATE assisting the Client with receipts and remittances, ACCESS CORPORATE will require the annual signed confirmation that the transactions of the Client company ARE NOT related in ANY WAY to money-laundering or any other criminal activity in Hong Kong or any other jurisdiction.
NOTE also that should insufficient information be supplied by the Client to ACCESS CORPORATE to ensure the nature of ANY transaction IS NOT related in ANY WAY to money-laundering or any other criminal activity in Hong Kong or any other jurisdiction, ACCESS CORPORATE may refuse to undertake the transaction and will likely result in the resignation of ACCESS CORPORATE from all representative and administrative roles for the Client company with immediate effect and with no pro-rata refund of any annual fees.
