COMPANY SECRETARIAL SERVICES
Hong Kong companies must have a Company Secretary resident in Hong Kong and a registered office in Hong Kong. The Company Secretary may be a natural person or a Company registered in Hong Kong and the registered office must be an address other than a post office box.
To meet this legal requirement and to assist local residents ensuring their Company’s compliance with the requirements of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, ACCESS CORPORATE provides Company Secretarial services.
The options available for Company Secretarial and Registered Office services are:
Option 1:
Hong Kong resident clients may provide their own Company Secretary to their Hong Kong company (refer FAQs) and may then choose to employ ACCESS CORPORATE’s professional services on an hourly basis whenever they require assistance with compliance with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance. In this circumstance an hourly rate will be charged for the completion of the compliance work required.
Alternatively, ACCESS CORPORATE may be appointed as the Company Secretary for the company at cost of HKD4,500 (USD600) per annum.
The annual fee includes the preparation and lodgement of the company’s Annual Return with the Companies Registry (refer FAQs) and general compliance issues such as notifications of changes to Directors and Shareholders.
Note however, other than for the filing fee for the company’s Annual Return, any other applicable government filing fees are not included in the annual fee and will be recovered separately.
Option 2:
For Non-Hong Kong residents who are unable to provide a resident Company Secretary to their Hong Kong company (refer FAQs), ACCESS CORPORATE is able to fill this role.

Registered Office
ACCESS CORPORATE is able to provide a Registered Office address in Hong Kong (refer FAQs). For those Clients requiring this option, ACCESS CORPORATE will receive and forward or advise receipt of, official correspondence from the Hong Kong Government.
